Every blue moon...ate less of it as I got older. But, doesn't mean I don't love a fried chicken meal any less.

I never, ever, eat anything fried at home, and when in a restaurant I'll never, ever, eat any item that is described on the menu as fried, actually 'pan fried' makes me smile, what else would they fry it in, a toaster?
I like eggs, but I'll only eat them poached, or scrambled, occasionally boiled.
If I eat chicken, steak, or bacon, I'll always grill it.
Sausages I'll grill, or maybe BBQ them on the patio.

A deep-fryer.

I sauté foods quite often.

I never deep fry anything at home. I probably eat something deep fried at a restaurant once per month, or so.

Fried as in sautéed in the frying pan? Very often.
Fried as in plunged in the Deep-fryer - hardly ever.

Every few weeks. Not a big fan of fried foods anymore. Making more healthy choices these days.
