You can put cooked spaghetti in the fridge, and later just throw it into boiling water for a minute and drain it. It'' be the same as it was when you first cooked it. Even in the freezer, it'll just take a few more minutes in boiling water.
Tetrazzini is my favorite deep dish using cooked spaghetti.

You reminded me of a savory snack I used to enjoy at a friend's house. Only ours were dusted with spicy seasonings and eaten like "chips". It was fried in ghee and then dusted with Indian spices. Yum, I forgot about that.

Yes my mother in law used to make something similar like that and served it for breakfast with Punjabi masala cha (chai)....nice memories

Saute some zucchini, onion, mushrooms, and halved cherry tomatoes in olive oil and a bit of butter. Add in your pasta, toss to mix, and finish with freshly grated parmesan. Done! A sprinkle of fresh basil would be good, too.
