Hot dogs. Much better than using a bun.

Fish tacos on charred corn tortillas. Yum.

Scrambled eggs with fresh salsa/pico de gallo wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

I also throw in torn bits of tortilla in my chicken tortilla soup or chili instead of masa flour.

A quote from my stepson, "I'll eat anything if you just put it on a tortilla"

If I need a fast breakfast, I'll have Nutella on a flour tortilla. Or I'll have refried black beans (fat-free) with cheese and a little bbq sauce done as a quesadilla.

My family's favorite: Black beans sauteed with onions & garlic, soy sauce and spices, topped with a spoonful of baked sweet potato and cheese. Roll burrito style and lightly grill in a pan to make it crunchy.

Quickie snack - just spread peanut butter, sometimes with jelly.
