I remember when the meatpackers insisted that the food inspectors from the USDA were an unnecessary expense since they could be trusted to monitor themselves.

Yeah, right.

So nice to see all the tax breaks these guys get going to such good use.

I saw that on the news, and actually cried for the cows, (yes, I eat meat, I just have compassion for sick animals) and then got majorly pissed off about the whole deal.
Everyone should email their respective congress people or Senators with this video, and demand change, I already did.
This is our food chain, for crying out loud!!!!
