I want rustic, artisan wholegrain bread, quark, cold cuts, Swiss cheese, tomato, cucumber, avocado... soft boiled egg, muesli, raw milk, hot tea. Fresh fruit.

Or just a simple country skillet with eggs, bacon/sausage, onions and potatoes:
I'll take door number two! That country skillet meal looks good!

My daily big breakfast:

4 scrambled eggs
6 oz steamed chicken breast
6oz steamed salmon
asparagus
spinach
broccoli
2 cups whole oats
banana
assorted berries: raspberry, blackberry, blueberry
3 spoons of homemade almond butter/peanut butter

estimated @2000+ calories. I wish i had more stomach room

3-4 bites of hashbrowns
no eggs

and while I love sweets I don't really wants pastries for breakfast.
I'd like to have this between 9-10 a.m. as long as I can have some tea or small fruit juice when I first get up, which is usually no later than 7 a.m.
That sounds like a small breakfast for a child

We have what I refer to as our fat breakfast every Sat and it is served about 9am or so, depending on when we actually get our butts out of bed:

Meat, usually sausage
2 eggs
hash browns
juice and maybe fruit as well
toast or english muffins
of course coffee.

On Sundays, we don't eat til we get home from church and not as much: that is normally waffles or french toast breakfast, sometimes breakfast tacos and beans. Alway with tomato or veggie juice, sometimes a bloody Mary as well. It is still a big meal, but not like "fat Saturday" and probably a little healthier.

My Uncle who ate like a Giant and was the size of a giant used to make what he called a "fry" for breakfast.

One pound of Bacon, One pound of Sausage, One dozen Eggs all cooked same pan, with a few butter biscuits and a two litter bottle of Orange soda.

That was a regular breakfast

I have very little appetite in the morning. The only reason I eat then, at all, is because I know it's good for me.

My favorite big breakfast is homemade waffles with real maple syrup and sausage patties and I prefer to eat it in the evening.

A second best is bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns.

A big breakfast for me would be eggs, sausage or bacon and 1 or 2 pancakes. Or a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. :0

We actually do eat a "big breakfast" every day - it's our biggest meal of the day - and I always cook it up out on the deck in my "outdoor kitchen".

I get up at 4:30 am out of habit, year 'round, and go outside to do chores. Wife sleeps till 6 am, when I come in and start cooking. This is a typical meal:

3-4 eggs each (we raise our own poultry)
4-6 oz of steak (wife often has cottage cheese instead)
Hash browns mixed with diced onions and peppers
Fresh baked biscuits, with butter
Sliced home-grown tomatoes or citrus, depends on season

Or sometimes we have my famous "twice-toasted French toast" made with heavy cream and vanilla.

It's never boring, and my wife has a lot less cooking to do, most days!

We do what I consider a big breakfast about one Sunday a month because we aren't normally able to sit down for breakfast during the week:

Coffee, grape juice, milk
homemade cinnamon rolls, biscuits with raspbery jam and clotted cream
cheese grits topped with thinly sliced pork belly, or my father-in-law's homemade sausage links (sometimes both)
a cheese (green pepper and onion) omelet for my husband (I've gone off eggs in the last few months as they make me nauseous)

A big breakfast to me includes the following:

3-egg omelet with green peppers, tomato, cheese, onions.
Plantain sliced and browned on the skillet
Blueberry muffins
Cranberry Juice
Tea

or

All the pancakes I can eat.
Sausages (sometimes)
Cranberry juice
Tea

or

All the waffles I can eat.
Sausages (sometimes)
Cranberry juice
Tea

or

All the french toast I can eat.
Sausages (sometimes)
Cranberry juice
Tea

I get up at 3am to workout. I'm usually ready to eat by 5:30, so I eat early. I have one of these maybe once or twice per month. Otherwise, my breakfast usually is just a bowl of oatmeal and raisins, which I wash down with cranberry/apple juice.
