I've thought the food was good but I've felt the portions were a bit skimpy and it was way overpriced for the amount of food you get, I can get twice as much food for the same price at Texas Roadhouse yet the quality of the food at Texas Roadhouse is much better.
I think it's pretty good. What I noticed is that the ribs had a lot of flavor even without putting any sauce on it. I live in Kansas City, where barbeque is a big deal and some might turn their noses up at Dickey's, but to me it's not bad at all.

I've only been there a couple of times, once when they were offering a special deal. I've gotten the brisket, because they're a Texas chain, but I've found that to be flavorless if I didn't add sauce. Very underwhelming. Maybe I'll try the ribs if I ever go back but it probably won't be any time soon.
