Default Favorite Cookies

I've talked about ice cream, but I also like to talk about cookies. What's your favorite or your favorite place to buy them?
I of course like homemade, but if not I love:
- Great American Cookie Co's "Domino" which is a double chocolate batter with white chocolate chips, warm & gooey, but they don't have it in every location
- milk chocolate chunk
- white chocolate & macadamia
- chewy gingersnap cookies
- I'm not a fan of the fake tasting premade morsels from the Pillsbury & Nestle brands, found in the grocer freezer case

My favorite is Nestle's Tollhouse cookies.

I have also had a chocolate chewy cookie with peanut butter chips.

Of course I also like chewy sugar cookies.

AND even though I am allergic to oatmeal, I do like oatmeal cookies with raisins and chocolate chips.

I'm not sure I have met a cookie I didn't like.

I have a recipe for cookies that Dr. Phil's wife makes for Christmas but I haven't made it up yet. Its a shortbread type cookie that you roll in powdered sugar when they are still hot.

Trader Joes and Whole foods got some good cookies.

At Trader Joes you get a big plastic container full of those delicious chocolate biscottis. YUM!!!

And whole foods got a big selection too. Cant think of any brand right now...you have to look for yourself.

Number one is Home-made chocolate Chip cookies, without the chocolate chips. Yeah I know, I already heard it all my life . Even the wife gives me grief about it.

Second place would be White Chocolate macadamia nut. Love those things.

Yum.... it's hard to beat a Thin Mint out of the freezer. Those are one of the few things my son has requested that we send him in Iraq.

If you like oatmeal, try making the Oatmeal Toffee Cookies on the back of the Heath Toffe Bits bag (found with the chocolate chips). Made these for our super bowl party and they were a big hit.

Has anyone ever had "Mother's" Oatmeal cookies. They are the bomb. We cannot get them in Florida.

Double chocolate (the dark ones with white choc. chips) and those soft starchy sugar cookies that usually come in packs of 10 and almost always have pink frosting and sprinkles.

My favourites are the simple ones just made with demerara sugar and hint of vanilla. I love orange and dark chocolate chips too.
