Growing up, we only had white rice. I still prefer it. At first I did not care for brown rice but the more I've used it, the more it has grown on me. Plus, when I put it in the rice cooker, I usually add a variety of spices and things to enhance the flavor.

I do like all kinds of rice. I really like jasmine rice but I never buy it---I usually only have it when I'm eating out somewhere that offers it. Basmati. Black. Yellow. I'll eat it all. I just don't like when people cook peas into their rice. Blah.

I prefer to eat brown rice but I will eat white rice if brown is not available.

I eat brown rice about 90% of the time and like it just fine. But still like the occasional comfort food meal with white rice.

Depends on what I'm cooking. Usually I cook brown rice, but certain dishes just work work better with white.

Wild rice, purple rice, black rice, red rice....whatever. I rarely eat white rice these days. Try adding more color to your diet for more nutrition.

I love all varieties of rice. I eat more white rice, but if brown rice was available more often, I would choose that because it's supposedly healthier, plus it has kind of an appealing nutty flavor. Brown rice is more difficult to make though because you have to cook it longer and be more precise about the water (usually brown rice requires a lot more water than white rice). White rice is very easy to cook and control for texture (more water for softer rice, less for harder rice).

Sweet rice is sticky and the glycemic factor must be sky high, but I like it, too.

Neither. I'm not a rice lover. It tastes like cardboard to me.

Personally, I like Basmati rice or Jasmine rice. Brown rice is alright and maybe I will get more into it once I buy a rice cooker later this year.

There are many kinds of rice. It's fun top explore the different kinds. I've pretty much settled on Bhutanese red rice (now grown commercially in Nepal), for its flavor and higher vitamin content. It's also good with more ordinary brown rice mixed in, plus a little wild rice--the combination of the three colors makes for a colorful dish. I also recently discovered pink rice, but I don't know anything about it; I've only ever seen it in one store in WA State.
