What's for Dinner Tonight? ~ 2016 (red wine, beer, grilled, mushrooms)

Currently boiling a 4 pound corned beef brisket and soon will add some cabbage, potato's and carrots.

I'm making chicken fried rice in my electric wok, using carrots, green onion, garlic, eggs, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce.

Ribs tenderizing in the oven, then I'll grill them with BBQ sauce later. Three bean salad, pasta salad.

Grilled pork chops, rutabaga's, mashed potatoes, Southern cornbread, and a big slice of onion.
I'll probably put a big dash of Crystal hot sauce (my favorite) on the chops

Grilling up some steaks, slicing them thin and rolling them up into burritos with a choice of leftover rice and black bean salad, gucamole, salsa, sour cream and hot sauce.

Dinner at my house is going to be simple tonight after a big lunch. I plan to make my cauliflower/sweet potato soup.

Homemade pork sauce, rigatoni, and garlic bread. I browned some pork cubes and added it to my marinara. It's been simmering 5 hours. We will eat at 6 pm.
