Ribs tenderizing in the oven, then I'll grill them with BBQ sauce later. Three bean salad, pasta salad.

Grilled pork chops, rutabaga's, mashed potatoes, Southern cornbread, and a big slice of onion.
I'll probably put a big dash of Crystal hot sauce (my favorite) on the chops

Grilling up some steaks, slicing them thin and rolling them up into burritos with a choice of leftover rice and black bean salad, gucamole, salsa, sour cream and hot sauce.

Dinner at my house is going to be simple tonight after a big lunch. I plan to make my cauliflower/sweet potato soup.

Homemade pork sauce, rigatoni, and garlic bread. I browned some pork cubes and added it to my marinara. It's been simmering 5 hours. We will eat at 6 pm.
