Goulash of six pounds with onions and hot peppers is in one crocky. Sugo of beef with diced onion/celery/red bell pepper/Merlot is in the other. It will be a very busy week with house guest Monday-Friday. SO has a play date with SASS. Two batches of pie crust for muffins and a batch of Spaetzle to go with the Goulash. See me on the porch with the rest of the Merlot.

SO asked for left overs of last nights portion sized meat loaves. So be it! Lots of green salad and a pecan pie of two bites with a shot of sun down sipping bourbon on the patio.

Spicy baked pork chops, red potatoes with fresh green beans, cole slaw, apple sauce, and honey corn bread. Dessert is vanilla ice cream with warm blueberry sauce, along with homemade sugar cookies.

Roast leg of lamb, mashed potatoes, gravy, mint jelly, asparagus, rolls and butter. We have strawberry shortcake, but maybe won't have it until tomorrow.

"HoneyBaked" Ham, purchased (I don't eat/cook pork). I made the rest: medium rare beef tenderloin with a peppercorn, Dijon mustard and butter rub, mashed potatoes, corn casserole, haricots verts with shallots/toasted almonds, salad and dinner rolls. I also made my first coconut cream pie for dessert, turned out great!

Planing to have a rice bowl with some steamed greens, smoked salmon, a fried egg. Debating the seasonings. Soy sauce? Chili flakes? Hmm.

Ate ham/potatoes earlier in the day. For "dinner" I had a Kit-Kat and a Diet Coke.

Since I had such a big meal at Easter brunch, all I had was a leftover slice of chocolate cake and glass of milk.

We went out for sushi.

I had a bowl of oatmeal and dried fruit for dessert later.
