Tonight naan filled with tandoori keema and a bit of homemade ghee on top. Served with mint and cucumber raita and lassi/water. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit and later a cup of Punjabi Masala chai ( tea)

Our neighbor is coming for dinner and he is homesick for his mother's vegetable pulao, last time I made it he ate three helpings and said it was almost as good as his mothers, so tonight I'll be making it again.

Chicken curry, rice, chicken/lamb tikka, sheek kebab, quarter of tandoori chicken, keema naan bread with a salad........ Oh and fresh lemon squeezed on it for a slight tang.
