I'm having pizza bread - 1/2 half of a Turano Roll with pizza sauce (Pastorelli), mozzarella, and cheddar cheese on it. Putting it in the oven shortly. Yes, I like cheddar cheese on my pizza bread. Quit looking at me funny.
Tonight we're having sweet chili popcorn chicken, steak bites (cooked in butter), red beans and rice, spicy collards and drop biscuits.
I looked up "Popcorn chicken," expecting to find some innovative use of popcorn; I forget that "popcorn" refers to the size of the pieces and not the coating.
I started out making a dipping sauce for my baguette, but it was so good that I made a salad so that I could use the sauce as a dressing. A bowl of New England clam chowder to finish off dinner.
