Stuffed pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole (this is by request - I may see if I can sub out some corn - it'll take some maneuvering, but it's Monday and I'm feeling full of p&v, so hey - why not try? ) and cornbread.
Sending the kids to get Papa Murphy's Tuscan chicken and sausage pizza with spinach. Me, I'm still on a soup and tea with honey kick. Going on day 7 of this cold.
Something around breaded park chops and salad; maybe oven roasted potato wedges. It is cold and I am cranky.
Come on by - I'll give you a glass of wine and a couple of Pepperidge Farm Brussels Cookies and we can be cranky together! It's 8 degrees, it's cloudy, my computer is acting up, my coworkers are acting a total fool today, and it just started snowing on top of it. Oh - and I had to stop my dog from eating yellow snow chunks just now when I took him out. I am so over this day.
I think I'll go take some frustration out on those pork chops. They gonna have a LOT of stuffing today! I'm a gonna PACK it in there!
Beef stew tonight, made with clean out the veggie bin veggies; turnip, potato, carrots, onions, parsley, celery. Also a can of tomatoes and a cup of red wine.
I'll probably make biscuits or corn bread to go with it.
Hotdogs in natural casing, on fresh buns, covered with neon yellow mustard and creamy slaw. Eating on paper plates in front of the TV (watching Clemson/Alabama game).

Sorry to hear you are still under the weather. Our daughter had it for a couple of weeks. If you would like, I will bring you some homemade bean and corn chowder, but it will take me a couple hours to get there and I would probably get lost, not get home in time for the football game and would not be very happy.
