Oyster stew and New York style cheesecake from New York.
You reminded me that I've been wanting to make oyster stew. I won't be making much of any dinner tomorrow, due to a late appointment, but maybe Tuesday ....
Tonight's dinner was fridge grazings. We spent the day working on the garden and planting herbs, plus some cleaning. BIL and nephew came over to wish MIL a happy Mother's Day, and so we visited with them a bit, too.
Tonight a vegetarian chili with a medley of mixed beans,red,orange,yellow and green Bell peppers,tomatoes,onion,garlic,cilantro,cumin and chili. For decoration a spoon of my homemade yogurt with cilantro. With it homemade cumin naan and lassi to drink. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
Rib eye, broccoli off the grill, garlic bread, mini cinnamon rolls.
