I have a pot roast in the oven with carrots, going to mash some potatoes and serve with corn, gravy and rolls. As my husband says, Midwest food, lol!

I have some super thick pork chops I'll bake in the oven
steamed broccoli with cheese sauce
romaine lettuce with mandarin oranges, ripe pear, candied walnuts, craisins and homemade bleu cheese dressing

Not sure - I'm kind of wanting a egg and ham sandwich. Make some toast, put a piece of American cheese on it. Fry up some ham in some butter (I use Krakus that I get sliced at the deli for sandwiches) and put it on top of the cheese , fry up an egg (sunny side up) and put it on top of the ham. Add a little salt, and a grind of pepper, eat.


That, or a grilled ham and cheese (I use 2 1/2 slices of cheese, and four or five slices of ham - it's a big one.) I haven't had one of those in quite awhile.


Probably. Maybe. It's starting to sound like work now that I'm typing it out...
