Having a cheat day. BBQ ribs, cheddar baked potatoes, corn on the cob, maple baked beans.
Red, white and blue trifle
1 angel food cake cubed
2 pints strawberries
2 pints blueberries
6 tbsp fat free condensed milk
1 1/2 cups water
12 oz cool whip
4 oz of white chocolate instant pudding
Mix condensed milk and water and whisk. Then add in pudding mix. Fold in cool whip. In large bowl put in layer of cubed angel food cake, then sliced strawberries and blueberries. Cover with a layer of the pudding mix. Continue this way until bowl is filled. Top with blueberries and strawberries. Chill and then serve.

I bought a while ago Spanakopita triangles and they will be perfect for tonight with a tomato/onion salad,a grated carrot salad with ginger,sugar,curry powder and yogurt,a yogurt dip with garlic and red chili. To drink Ontario red wine. Later another Hazelnut /coffee icing Torte with whipping cream and a cup of black coffee. The long weekend is looking good
