Last minute change of plans. Nobody wanted to cook over a hot grill. It's way too hot for us today.....96F (36C if I did math right) At 5:40. Yuck yuck yuck!
It's been changed to nachos. It's simple and goes great with a few Red Stripes.

I cooked over a hot grill today making a couple of pounds of Cod in a foil pan with the usual; melted butter op top, then some panko and some fresh twisted lemon. Cover with foil for about ten minutes at high heat then under the broiler to crisp the top.. Corn from the can on the side. Happy MMD all!

Cod was on sale for 5.99 a pound and i couldn't resist..My treat for the long weekend. Also bought 15 rib eye steaks that where on sale for the same price. Where i shop there usually 10 bucks a pound so stocked up for the up coming grilling season.
