Made a delicious salad (red leaf lettuce, garlic, paprika, lemon pepper, onion powder, caesar croutons, sun flower seeds, sardines, anchovies, avocado, olives, spiced tomatoes) for the afternoon meal; my version of Moors & Christians (brown rice, black beans, black eyed peas, water & tea) for a cup meal before work.

I'm puppy sitting for DD. I can't spend time making salad and I have to have eyes in the back of my head with this one, so I'm having sandwiches. I'll have 1/2 of Virginia ham and provolone with a tiny bit of deviled Egg potato salad, cherry Coke Zero and a piece of seedless watermelon. I hope to have a picture of my new little fur baby to show you all soon. She's 2 weeks old now.

After a wonderful dinner with friends last night, we will have the chicken I had planned to have then, tonight. I am also going to throw a salad together and maybe make rice or something like that. I am not sure yet.

Can't be arsed to cook anything remotely interesting. So have opted for the simpler option: good old "bangers 'n mash" for tonight! (might throw in some bacon, garden peas, sweet corn, some mild seasoning and a knob or two of lite butter)

Sounds interesting to me, since I was planning to make an ersatz American version of bangers & mash tonight, myself!
