I've never heard this either. An old friend of mine always referred to noodles as noos.

We had crispy hash brown potatoes, leftover cauliflower au gratin, and lamb patties, with a salad (mayo and Greek yogurt) of cucumber and grape tomatoes. Honestly, I could have just eaten only the cucumber salad and been happy happy. It was awesome.

Yes, that's what we're referring to.

When I was at school in New England, "za" was the word a lot of my classmates used for pizza. I rarely hear it nowadays. Seeing toosie's post brought back lots of good memories.

My sister, her husband, and my youngest niece arrived from Tucson today. Everybody wanted Chinese, so the boys went out to get a bunch of good stuff.
