I spent two hours traveling to Maine for a baby shower, spent maybe 3+ hours there, then two back home. It is much hotter here at home and I am too burned out from my day to cook. Leftovers for the family and baguette slices and Yancy's Fancy Buffalo Cheese for me.

I'm with gentlearts - lettuce, onion, and tomato (plus pickles) with our cheeseburgers counts as veg, hurrah! We also had some Ranch Style Beans. http://www.brandlandusa.com/wp-conte...ns_conagra.JPG

Well I may have a decision to make: A friend of mine that I really like but is a flake sometimes is about to bail on our plans, including lunch here today. She emailed me yesterday to say her stomach is upset and might have to cancel. This is the 3rd time in about 2 months she has done this. I had planned to serve, make your own sub sandwiches, with 4 kinds of cheese and 5 lunch meats to choose from. The meats are all from the deli. A couple I was able to freeze last time cause I had just purchased them. Now they are thawed I am stuck. Dinner? well it may end up being fancy sandwiches, fruit and maybe potato salad, or I might just toss the meat I don't want to freeze and take some salmon out.
