Was gonna make eggplant parmagiana since I have a few eggplants from a friend's garden, but we started working on cleaning/organizing the garage and it got too late to cook the sauce long enough. It's cooking now, but will probably be too "green" to use for donner tonight.

So....I don't know! I have a can of clams and some clam juice, some thin spaghetti....I may work that into a linguini with clam sauce. With fresh basil from my mini herb garden.

Or maybe I'll just order pizza!

Well, I have to go and see how it's coming along but hopefully it will be roast chicken with carrots, onions, and potatoes. And a simple salad of romaine and chopped apples.

It's only 60 degrees here and raining so that sounded like a good hot meal.

Change in dinner plans, hubby went out riding with his brothers (motorcycles) and he has not come back yet. So I might just have a salad. I'll make the pork chops tomorrow night.
