Pelmini is a Russian dumpling.
Stuffed either with beef, chicken, lamb,
Or farmers cheese.
My husband on RARE occasions will make them...
Otherwise you can go to a euro deli and find them
In the freezer.
Pelmini&Vodka. Always makes for a filling dinner

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. She is doing fine, but our concern is making sure she has someone with her all the time after she returns home tomorrow. It would be better if she could stay one more day: her insurance says no. Oh well. We will take her home tomorrow and stay with her til her hubby gets home about midnight. After that things will be fine.

Today it is off to the hospital again and then run errands. Dinner is going to be a quick steak on the grill with veggies and a nice summer salad.

Off out for a curry tonight.

Starting off with a Chicken Chat on Puri, and then for mains, Cajun Chicken Tikka Masala, basmati rice, and a naan bread.

That's the plan anyway... but dinner is 5 hours away yet and my appetite can change at the drop of a hat. Will prolly end up with beans on toast instead, ha!

I'm thinking of making a Thai pork tenderloin with a peanut butter and pineapple glaze, cole slaw, and corn on the cob.

So glad to hear she is doing well, and has home support. When I came home from having my hip replaced, it was so comforting to have someone there. Hope she heals fast and well.
