A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 lightly toasted slices of multigrain bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a large mug of tea with sugar.

Today is a scorcher! Very, very hot! So I decided to make a BIG GREEK salad for the two of us to split. Kalamata onlives, baby spinach, Feta, tomatoes from the garden, green onions, and what ever else I may have. Making my own lemon herb Greek dressing. Put some shrimp on the grill brushed with lemon, olive oil and Greek seasoning. An ear of local sweet Ohio corn for each of us. Dining alfresco.

DH bringing home something to drink. I feel like beer. So I'd better call him.

Desert - blueberry tarts with vanilla Haagen Daz for DH. None for me.

Leftover Gwenyth Paltrow turkey meatballs from last night. I love how these turned out! Nothing but ground turkey, onion, lots of fresh herbs, and a little salt & pepper. No egg or bread crumbs and they held together beautifully. Her tomato sauce was pretty good, too.

But I bet Cocoa would be cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.

We had beef lo mein, courtesy of Bertolli and DH. Wasn't half bad.
