OK. Well tomorrow is my first day of school. I am getting a second masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. It takes two years, and then I need to pass an examination.

Happy. Scared. Nervous. Excited and THRILLED!

Tonight for dinner - Fire roasted tomato vegetable soup, a mellow spinach quiche for contrast. And glass of Shiraz, ''

Watermelon cubes for desert.

Congratulations on your 58th, Nita!

Tonight I'm having a friend over for potato leek soup and baguette slices. Kalamata olives, cambazola cheese, sliced salami and crackers for starters.

Good luck in school tomorrow, Sheena! Mine started today.

Tried a new recipe for Long John Silver's chicken planks. Served with fries (and four dipping sauces). Will make again. Would have been better right out of the fryer, I was keeping them warm on a cookie sheet in the oven between batches and the batter got a little soggy on bottom from sitting in the oil on the pan.
