I'm going to make some fried rice using riced cauliflower, broccoli and red bell pepper to with the leftover quiche that we'll be having one more time. The slice that's left isn't very big but we'll make it work or the two of us.

I'm making fry bread tacos with seasoned ground beef, pinto beans, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, and guacamole. Today is Taco-Tuesday, tomorrow is Workout-Wednesday!

I wanted to make it a Taco Tuesday, but my husband (very pointedly) pulled out a large package of short ribs. Fine, so tonight we're having braised short ribs in a wine and mushroom sauce, sour cream noodles au gratin, spicy cabbage and peppers, and blackberry cobbler for dessert. If I am still feeling deprived of tacos, I'll throw some of the meat into a tortilla with the sauce and cabbage.

hubby is in the kitchen making fish. I googled a recipe for him and it's going to be baked with lemon or something.

I'll make a salad and some sort of rice. Not feeling much like cooking tonight--I filled up on Haagen Das and spoiled my appetite.

I might cook the meat off and serve tacos anyway. Very Pointedly, LOL!

Okay, I'm kidding. Really.

and I have absolutely no idea what's for dinner tonight. Felt a bit off today, so it's likely I'll have something light, like yogurt and fruit.
