A crustless broccoli and cheddar quiche with a large tossed salad, served in wooden salad bowls. sorry couldn't resist, since wooden salad bowls seem to be controversial around the food forum right now.

Tonight is fancy pants tuna sandwiches. Putting tuna salad on scali bread with avocado and tomato slices, bacon and lettuce. I will make some roasted potato slices to go with.

We are grilling steak, veggies and I will make a salad. I think I will also mash some cauliflower with a potato. Of course we will not be using the outdoor grill, I will use our gridler. It is way to cold to wander out unless it is necessary.

Goulash, Spaetzle, salad, steamed cabbage, some no carb bread substitute I found on line for our one friend, apple-pear crumble (again just nuts for her), lots of gossip and laughter.
