It's open house night at school so I thought an easy dinner tonight. B.L.A.T. sandwiches seems like a good idea.

Yum! Very sharp cheddar chunks are go very well in a Waldorf too. Especially if you use Honeycrisp apples. I need to make some soon - tonight?

Dinner is probably pepperoni, sweet peppers, and onion pizza (on store-bought crust, sadly).

Oh NO!!!!!!!!!!!! How awful! You're in my thoughts and prayers - hope it feels better soon!!!! Back pain is sucky squared!

Dinner - probably Macaroni and Cheese. Yes, Kraft. With the real cheese sauce (not powder). I need comfort food today in a very bad way.

I made a big pot of sauce with 2 lbs. of italian sausage in it last night and put it in the crock pot to cook all day long. I know the smell will drive the dogs nuts all day long.

I have some scallops in the freezer, so I think I'll make them escalloped with mayo, wine, butter, tarragon, parmesan and a few buttered crumbs. Salad on the side.
