Monday: Pot roast in the crockpot, covered with carrots, onions and gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. Deep dish caramel apple pie for dessert.
Watching our first snowfall! It's so beautiful! I think it calls for a nice wintery meal. Tonight I will make stuffed cabbage. I'll stop by the bakery and pick up whatever looks good for bread hopefully a sourdough boule.
Christmas Cookies...as appetizer,dinner and dessert......
I am craving for something salty. after all the baking..will go out tonight for fish and chips in beer batter and their special coleslaw and a beer I have not decided on yet
