Well, it's difficult to get true bangers around here, so I use beer brats instead. I like to semi-caramelize onions and sometimes saute mushrooms for the gravy. I have some lovely russet potatoes I'll throw into the pressure cooker (10 minutes and they're ready to mash).

As a nod to healthy eating and all that, we'll have a salad with it.

Had to do a Google for the term "beer brats". Makes sense now, lol

Sound delish, btw. Will try that next time round; might even throw in a tadge of English mustard to sex it up a little
