we have been enjoying "band fruit" which we have been buying from high school students (fundraiser) for many years. A full grapefruit is delicious and refreshing every morning. a bit later I have cheese toast and tea.

This morning I boiled 4 eggs in my new Instant Pot. I had some guacamole in a pod, and I spread this over toast. I sliced one of the hard boiled eggs over the guacamole and salted it lightly. Very good.
