El Monterey Signature breakfast burrito, tangerine and coffee.
Detected a (spice) kick after eating that burrito. Couldn't imagine. Checked what ingredients might come in "applewood" said salt, cane sugar and spices. Well, that part I wondered but then I brought out the wrapper and read further, bolded were the words Serrano pepper. Not being at all familiar with Serrano, I then did a Google search and see that it is a notch above jalapeno. Ahhhh,... so that's what might have given it the kick. Some cheese slices that have jalapeno are ok and others for some reason, hit me good and hard. I'll probably still get these on occasion but will look for a different mix next time I'm shopping for them. I still like them though.
