Lunch was catered today at work, which was very nice of management. I had a turkey and Swiss cheese sandwich, bag of regular potato chips and a Diet Coke.
A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 slices of whole wheat Challah bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a large mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
Catered lunch at work again today from the same company that delivered food yesterday. This time, we had Italian food. I had fettuccine Alfredo, steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and squash), slice of bread and a chicken breast.
Buttery Jack burger from Jack in the Box. Iced tea to drink.
