Was going to grill hot dogs and wings and watch the bowl games, but it's raining outside.
Baking chicken wings in the oven and preparing hot dogs indoors now.
3 slices of whole wheat challah bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread, a nonfat raspberry Greek yogurt and a large mug of chamomile tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
For lunch today I'll have a large bowl of pinto beans along with several slices of hot buttered Texas cornbread.
The pot of beans, along with chopped ham and onions, is at this moment simmering to a delicious finish on my stove top and the cornbread has about 18 minutes to go. Yum!
