I just finished a delicious salad and a baked salmon fillet. (Forgot to take a photo of the fish.)

That looks great! I love a salad that doesn't lean on lettuce for 90% of content.

Same here. I have a big salad for lunch almost every day and I mix in lots of different veggies to keep it interesting. It's different every time I make it. Vinegar and olive oil for dressing and I'm good to go.
