one of my nieces who is anemic is coming over for lunch she said she wants to eat more nutritious mineral laden meats (ok I put that in)
shes been trying to follow a meatless diet of her roommates.... all have good intentions but getting sickly..
we will eat a couple steaks and I will take her to a meat market and give her an overview of what steaks are the best for flavor and grilling and which ones are lean,, and how to pick out a roast and how to cook it..
also the many uses of a bnls chicken breast and boneless pork..
Lunch: homemade (fried) chicken strips and glazed carrots.
