No breakfast for me today so I'm getting hungry - I'm thinking about a salad. Lettuce, lots of tomatoes, green pepper, red onion, a few black olives, a bunch of shredded cheddar cheese, and Olive Garden Italian Dressing. I may go nuts and put some croutons on it too.
One and half sandwiches made with high fiber/protein whole wheat bread and chunk light tuna mixed with light mayonnaise and a glass of cranberry juice.
3 toasted slices of whole grain/wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread, a strawberry banana nonfat Greek yogurt and a mug of Jasmine tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
Spicy chicken cauliflower soup. And a few raw almonds for dessert.
