Pretty sure lunch today will be a nice salad ( all romaine as I am out of baby spinach until I make it to Costco )
Have alittle left over King Salmon from a couple days ago I need to finish off so will for sure spice up my ho hum salad with that !

Its funny you mention those 2 things as I made my 1st deli purchase in at least 3 years last week and that is the exact 2 items I bought !
I have been avoiding my local deli counter at the super market for a few reasons ( incudling a recent diet - but mainly plus $10 a lb cold cuts !! )
I succumbed to an onsale of great looking roast beef at $8lb and added some tater salad. Got home and could not resist the urge as I was craving both. Zero bread in my house since spring ( remember I mentioned diet earlier ) so I just ate the roast beef dipped in a little spicy brown mustard as is and chowed down 1/2 a pint of tater salad. Man was that ever good !
