Oh man ... I did not need to read that

I have not had babyback ribs in at least 5+ years.

Its one of those foods I have no control over and will consume so much I am near physically sick from over eating. Its like the crack cocaine of food to me.

If it's been that long, why not treat yourself. Decide beforehand how many you'll eat and stick with it. Better yet, fill up some cole slaw before you start.
