Chinese buffet for lunch today to celebrate my mother's birthday. I had fried rice, orange chicken, a vegetable egg roll, beef and broccoli. For dessert, I had a dish of green tea ice cream, banana pudding and a small cup of coconut mousse.

I add an egg to cooking Ramen noodles. Gives it body -- and some actual nutrition!

Finally got the energy to saute onions, peppers, zucchini with garlic and ginger and have over egg noodles with tamari sauce.

I went to my local Hawaiian fast food place and picked up my usual chicken katsu plate with steamed rice and macaroni salad. Iced tea to drink.
