Egg roll casserole...egg roll ingredients but no wrap. Sauteed onions, carrots, zucchini, cabbage with garlic and ginger. After cooking, removed from heat, stirred in cooked rice, Teriyaki and soy sauce....baked then topped with rice noodles.
Very good and no fried wrap...healthier way to eat Asian and easy too.
