I had a tuna melt for a change and it was great.
Makes 4 halves

2 Publix cheapest English muffins, halved and toasted
A big glob of mayo on each half
5 oz can tuna, drained, divided equally
1 tomato slice @
a scoop of grated, 5 Cheese Italian

Broil on high until golden and bubbly.
