I'm putting some salami, some ham, some pickles, some olives, two or three different cheeses, some tomatoes, some crackers, and some Italian bread on a plate, and I'm just going to kind of graze through it. I haven't decided if I want to "dress" it (or parts of it) with anything - although I do have some very nice balsamic...I don't know. Only putting a very few (1 or 2) of each out since it's only for me - husband probably won't want any (although watch him make a liar out of me and I won't have near enough!! )

Leaving shortly for Atlantic City, New Jersey. I'm visiting my family in Berks County, PA for the week and we're all taking a day trip to the Casinos. We plan on having lunch at Phillips on the Boardwalk. My favorite there is the Crabcake Reuben. I'll probably have that.

A Chocolate Frosted Fudge Brownie (they're pretty big - like 2" x 2") and a large glass of really cold milk. Because I can.
