I had a 12 grain bread with butter,old Canadian cheddar cheese slices ,French mustard and dill pickles and a whole tomato cut in wedges. To drink 2 cups jasmine green tea
Yesterday I had a salad-dark leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, shredded sharp cheddar, bacon bits, red onion, cucumbers, croutons with ranch dressing. Grilled chicken.
Later today it will be another salad-dark leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, black beans, corn, super spicy corn chips crunched up and southwestern dressing. Grilled chicken too.
Then it will be back to black bean chili for several days with about a dozen salty tortilla chips.
