Fish sauce. It tastes bad, and it stinks.

And for sweet pickle relish! A hotdog just isn't the same without it!

Shhhh, I'm not sure I should say this out loud around here, but DUKE'S mayonnaise. It's practically a religion in some parts of the south and I can't stand the stuff. Keep my little secret, I don't want to be run out of town on a rail.

Same here. Sweet relish tastes too sweet and yellow mustard is too tangy.

Mustard, Ketchup, horseradish, Miracle Whip, vinegar of any kind if it's too strong in a recipe

Capers, and most of the condiments listed.

Yellow mustard is awful, but basted lightly on pork chops before cooking is great. Brown mustard tastes much better, and is worth a try. I like brown mustard.

I like horseradish and wasabi. A little goes a long way.

I am ok with pretty much any condiment except fish sauce or anything with fish sauce in it. Shudder!
Also as a previous poster said anything that's hot just to be hot. Most of it tastes flavorless to me.

I find that a lot of condiments overpower the flavor of the food being served with it. Such as ketchup, plain yellow mustard, anything with pickles etc.

I tend to make dips/pan sauce to serve as condiments. Aioli for fries, pan sauce/au jus for beef etc.
