I dislike anything sweet pickle-y, so sweet relish is out. I only like Indian chutneys if they have something pretty hot in them as a counterpoint to any sweet ingredients.
I like my condiments to either be spicy, lemony/tangy/vinegar-y (like tartar sauce), otherwise sharp (like horseradish, wasabi), or and/or creamy, like mayo. I hate Miracle Whip. I don't like the tamarind sauce that's served with various ethnicities' foods...too sweet.
Not sure if it's a condiment or not but any jar of spaghetti sauce tastes nasty to me. I make my own. Mint jelly is another one I dislike. My go to condiments that I do like are: Mayo, mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, worstshire, pickle relish, creamy horseradish sauce, wasabi, lemon, vinegar, oil.
