What are yours?
wow, this shows how subjective food can be: some of your list are my favorites: Mayo, spicy sauce, and horseradish. I guess the only condiments I really don't care for are ketchup and tarter sauce. I used to love tarter sauce, but now prefer my fish with just lemon and maybe some dill. Capers are another one I can live without. I do not dislike them, just think they are over rated and way to pricy for what they do or do not do to a dish. I can live without yellow mustard as well, but like other mustards. M Whip is a no, no, and so is sweet pickle relish, but I love dill relish.

I was a condimentphobe as a kid. A family joke was that I used to request "clean meat" as a toddler. But now I like or love most of them.

That said, not a big fan of Miracle Whip. I'll eat it when served, though.

And while I don't have the high and mighty anti-ketchup bigotry that you find in some parts of the country, I think there is definitely an unserved market for more quality ketchups with less sugar and processing. The house made ketchups that the gastropub/foodie type burger joints have been making are really pretty good.

I only use mustard to enhance other flavors like onions and peppers or relish. Mustard on its own is too strong for me.

Don't like ketchup (but I like a lot of ketchup/tomato based sauces just fine)
Don't like yellow mustard (but I think a variety of Honey/Dijon/Spicy mustards are good)
Don't like mayo (or miracle whip, or any of its ugly cousins)

Cottage cheese. I've never knowingly put it in my mouth, at least not raw.

Mayo if served with something hot. I have friends who eat it on burgers and with fries. Disgusting. It's fine if it stays cold, though (tuna, chicken salads).

Miracle Whip.

Curry wursts are very popular on Irish food trucks but they call them something else. (MOST Irish food is good however!.)
