Does anyone know the "shelf life" of Tete de Moine cheese? It would probably take me two weeks to devour just a half round, and since it's so expensive I'd be sad if I had to toss it before I could finish it.
I wouldnt give it more than 2 weeks, since its unpasteurized...... why not have a wine and cheese tasting party with it?
Thats what I do when I have a hankering for pricey cheese, my friends bring a cheese, and a bottle. Lots of fun, I have been exposed to a lot of cheeses and wines I might have otherwise ignored.
