I have no idea but I know that I love a good puzzle. They -- or at least the first one -- are available from Amazon, should you have no luck at either store.
Trader Joe's pretty much sells things with their own labels, so if they did have chipotle or ancho flavor concentrates, they probably wouldn't say they were Minor's. Looking at the tubs on Amazon, that looks more like something you'd find at a restaurant supply or a warehouse store, although I shop at Sam's and have not seen that product there.
I used to buy them there, but their shipping has gotten outrageous. It's $11 for one container, more than the product itself, and it goes up with each item you add. I even added $150 to my cart to see if free shipping kicked in, but no. So I was hoping to find it locally to save money.
Amazon is pretty expensive too.
Thanks for the info on Trader Joe's, I wondered if they only sold their own stuff.

Food service suppliers carry the products, but they usually sell by the case.

A lot of wholesalers like US Foodservice and Gordon Food Service have retail stores where you can buy such products.
I like the Minor's products which I have used at home and professionally. They are available on Amazon and other online sources. However, they are less customer friendly since they were acquired by Nestle Foodservice.
Do you order stuff from thete? If so, what and how do you use it?
