Yes, and they make you crave more sweet things than you might usually consume. Aspartame, the sweetener in these drinks and other food products, has also been linked to fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis, in people who have consumed products with this ingredient for long periods of time.
WATER....why drink anything else? Coffee, tea are ok, as long as you don't throw in the artificial sweetners. Let's turn back the clock to the old days when we used basic, natural stuff. Down with chemicals!
