I've never eaten ham for breakfast unless I was at brunch and it was being served by a restaurant or family member. Corned beef hash with eggs makes a great breakfast OR dinner.

Ham and eggs for breakfast, with cheese. Steak topped with a fried egg any time in the day!

Steak and eggs is the best, but that's a bit too heavy for me for the average breakfast. Maybe for brunch, or if I'm indulging on a vacation or something. Ham and eggs is good too, I like ham added to an omelet or chopped up and scrambled with my eggs, some diced veggies and a little bit of cheese. My average breakfast is more like a little bit of fruit and perhaps a slice of toast or some yogurt. I'm not usually a big eater in the morning, although I do love breakfast foods.

Love eggs...

Over with any pork ... ham, bacon, sausage and eggs...even kielbasi! Love sausage and gravy with eggs on the side. Hash once in a while but must be CRISP.

For a non meat egg treat at brunch I sometime goto local Mex place.atarting with salsa and chips with raspberry tea followed by Huevos Ranchos: 3 eggs over topped with red and green sauce with corn tortillas, rice and beans

Never tried steak for breakfast, never will...not that there's anything WRONG with that ...just no time or interest for me, given the tough choice among pork options.

Life is too short with so many choices.

OK, we can eat breakfast together. Bacon or sausage here, too. No hash, ham or steak for breakfast. I'll eat avocado and tomato.

Just had hash browns fried with green peppers and green onions and ham; with an egg fried on the side.....pretty yummy. Once in awhile, if I take my left over (if any) steak home from a restaurant, I will have it the next morning with eggs.....not too shabby. Bacon is such a fav of mine; but boy, it stacks on the pounds. Biscuits and sausage gravy is soooo good and crisp bacon, hot coffee........life can be grand.

There is a restaurant near here where I can get biscuits (2, in 4 pieces), sausage gravy, hash browns, and 2 eggs cooked to order, with coffee, for less than $10. THAT is a big breakfast!
The meals listed in the OP are boring in comparison!

Home made hash of any kind (beef, pork, lamb, chicken, etc.) and eggs will do it for me every time. In Denmark, it is not a breakfast meal, but leftovers for supper. It's called Biksemad (pronounced "Biksamelth"...sort of).

Link sausage and eggs. Country sausage gravy over biscuits.

Then there's bibble and squib. Home fries, eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, cheese, all scrambled together.
